*HELP* UK Citizen Marrying a Canadian Citizen on Tier 2
Hi all,
Long-time lurker and (occasional helper), first time poster!
I'm a UK Citizen. I will be marrying my Canadian fiance who is in the UK already on a Tier 2 visa, in a few weeks, abroad.
We'd love to convert her Tier 2 to a visa that would allow her to stay in the UK and work. We're so confused and lost as to what to do!
IF there is any help or guidance you can give that would be amazing and would be so appreciated. We really have very little idea what to do!

Just get married and keep her on a Tier 2 General if possible. Swapping to a spouse visa would reset her clock towards ILR.
