JOB OPPORTUNITIES IN K.S.A. AND U.A.E.
A pleasant good day!
A leading construction group of over 32 years in the industry is looking for the following high profiled / professional candidates to fill in the key positions for our ready-mix concrete company on immediate basis.
KSA (Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
3 Business Development Manager for KSA To provide professional Business Development management services under the Strategic Business Development Department in local, regional and international locations. Primarily responsible for excellent customer/ client relations and business building activities with Contractors & Consultants. Shall also function as company’s liaison with new customers through the complete transaction cycle including initial assessment, planning and negotiations. (We actually need 3 different nationalities to fill in the position - Europeans, Koreans and Chinese nationals)
UAE (United Arab Emirates)
Operations Director (Supply Chain) Overall responsible for the smooth operation of the following Divisions ;
i. Transport Division
ii. Plant Production Division
iii. Plant Dispatch Division
iv. Static Pumping Division
The challenge also includes constant interaction with local and international suppliers, clients, and contractors. Implementation of new designs and technologies such as upgrading of heavy equipments, machineries, concrete pumps and batching plant. Decision making to resolve issues as well as to improve the efficiency of the operations. Must be knowledgeable in asset utilization, optimization and profitability.
Operations Director (Service & Control)Ensures smooth functioning of HR & Administration systems and process of the organization at the highest level of employee’s productivity and satisfaction in accordance with the Organization objectives. Ensure discipline, interact with all work relevant sectors and create a persuasive environment in workplace to accomplish organizational basic goals. To ensure that the HR Strategy and Organization Structure are commensurate with the business strategies of the organization. To ensure that the vision and mission of the organization are met in accordance with HR policies and guidelines. Foresee and informs problems related employees and make necessary training programs in coordination with department heads. Providing Support to management in decision making to resolve unexpected changes/modifications in HR & Administration Policies and Procedures. Providing support to other departments for minimize administrative expenses, effective utilization of resources etc.
Manager (Static Pump Division)Responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, utilization, optimization and productivity of ready-mix concrete static pumps. Must be technically inclined with the pumps operational system, spare-parts, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and all other related aspects. The candidate must have a strong coordination and leadership skills.
Technical ManagerTo provide professional technical management assistance to the country General Manager and Operations Manager - Technical; assistant in overseeing the company’s Technical and R&D Departments in order to maintain and improve product quality at the same time ensure high quality of technical support services both externally and internally. Review the guidelines for each Department. Chair weekly meetings for both Departments. Resolve issues and improve efficiency of operations. Organizing lab equipment external calibration and external testing for materials or concrete.
We prefer Male European Candidates, age not less than 34 years old, with over 5 years extensive experience in the same field.

Good morning and thank you for the inquiry.
Yes, some of the activities includes scouting, surveying, meeting and visiting branches or new site locations in a very undeveloped / sometimes isolated areas not to mention lenghty travelling time. Areas wherein males can safely explore than females.
