Australia was a known change, and from what I have read, south america and antartica etc and are going to be split into the smaller islands once development starts - so the solid lines in the photo will become individual islands in time

I was on the 42nd floor of Emirates Towers this morning & you can see it from there. Just looks like a few blobby piles of sand.

Think there's a change. They've decided to convert it into 1 big blobby pile of sand and market/re-launch it as Pangaea......

Maybe sooner... as a BE poster who bought on the Palm reported last November, there's already seawater seeping into the basements of some of the buildings there.
Mind you, you'd hope that the people who end up buying islands in The World would be more careful about their build quality.

Unless they're just keeping very very very quiet about building the world's first underwater hotel.
It was meant to be already under construction when we came out here in 2005 and complete by 2007. I'm sure I read a year or two back that the project had been sunk (YSWIDT?) through lack of funds.
