Default Working at the Airport

Hi,
Wondered if someone could advise me, I have the chance of a job at the airport later in the year and I was wondering about which area would be best / practical to live, I get the feeling that traffic is pretty bad at rush hours.
The rent / purchase prices seem quite heavy as well, I have read a few articles that suggest that prices may come down by 2008 due to oversupply of apartments, but they have been saying something similar about the UK since 1998 as well!
Everyone seems to like the life out there despite these things.
I at least will have a better idea of where to house/flat hunt, I find it difficult because every area states that it is only twenty minutes from the airport (probably at two in the morning!)

It all depends on your allowance really and whether you want an apartment or a villa. Villa - mirdif, garhoud, ghusais, even satwa is reasonably accessable. Apt - there are some in Garhoud but pricey, I would try Lamcy Plaza area, Mankhool, Satwa. Good luck, it is really is a budget thing at the end of the day.
