Default Wifes Visa

Hi all,

Just looking for some advice if thats okay.

My company are questioning wether they should pay for my wifes visa in Dubai. I am just wondering to see if this is the norm? Does your employer expect you to cover the costs of the visa process?

Many thanks.

No, not the norm, employers expect us to cover cost of wife and kids visas. We've paid the costs associated with our visas all these years.

My company used to cover all family visas, but recently changed this policy as part of cost savings so now they just cover mine.
