Thanks everyone for your responses and contributions so far..I am wondering if anyone can share any info on what a typical day rate will be for a senior engineer/lead engineer position through one of the agencies in Doha, Qatar. I have been contacted for a position and have been asked to quote a day rate...I want to stay competitive but also dont want to undercut myself...My understanding is that the job has a monthly allowance of USD 5,000 per month in addition to the day rate.
