Weird text from RTA?

Weird text from RTA?
I just got a text from the RTA saying "Dear Customer, case number xxxxx has been resolved", but I don't have any issues with the RTA that I know of? Anyone make a guess as to what it might refer to?
I called the RTA number for more information but because I don't know what I'm actually enquiring about, I didn't know which service to select on the automated menu thing and the human operator couldn't help!

probably sent it to the wrong phone number, I would just ignore it.

i had the same thing a couple of months ago, it was a day after i'd reported my phone lost in a cab and so i just assumed it was about that...i didn't follow up and nothing's happened to me (yet!)...
