Locals r not trainable end of story, not here anyway. They have menials(sp?) to do the hands on stuff they just want to sit in a tower block somewhere and.....well. lol

Yes!! The significant other is in banking and they just got orders to localise. Most in the bank's upper levels are dead unhappy as the locals so far just don't work as hard as expats!! The mentality needs to change, strip them of maids, drivers, cooks, chambermaids, bellhop and butler!! Then the "you must do the work for us" mentality will change to "we will do the work for ourselves"!!!
