Weekend Getaway?

Weekend Getaway?
We want to take a weekend getaway from Dubai in March and are looking for inspiration... any advice would be appreciated.
Musts:
Not in Middle East
Must be warm weather area
Maximum 6 hour travel time
Not too much driving required to reach the resort
Direct flights only, prefer Emirates
Any suggestions?
Have you taken any breaks lately you really like?

i went for 3 days- flew out on the thursday night flight, landed at 6am, got the sunday night flight home at midnight went straight to work - 2 nights in a hotel, was fab 
managed to see 3 of the islands would have liked to spend more time on la digne- I'm so glad I did it, 3 days well spent

Nairobi? You can do a safari in the national park which is located between Nairobi city and the airport.
Not as good as Masi Mara or Tanzania, but good for a weekend trip. Take a very good camera.
