Villa and apartment to rent in Abu Dhabi
For anybody that's looking for accommodation, I saw advertised today in Spinney's in Khalidya the following:
2 bedroom villa - AED 120,000 per year
1 bedroom apartment - AED 65,000 per year (brand new - Welshbloke I thought of you!).
I didn't have a pen to write down the telephone numbers, but if anybody is interested and can't get there, I can pop back tonight.

too bad I'm in the U.S. for the next couple weeks otherwise I would be all over that one bedroom! Too bad it will surely be gone soon.

I know someone who is looking for a villa share in AD - think they said 5000 dhs a month, pm for their phone number

remember to be careful with villa shares, as technicall you are not allow to sublet and they do things differently in Abu Dhabi compared to Dubai.

just a thought dont be surprised if the 2 bed villa is somebody's majilis in KCA! as that is what is happening, at I guess at that price.
