Just received an update re our excellent Internet service






Internet Disruption Update



Dear Valued Customer,

With regard to the current disruption in Internet services, we would like to give you an update in terms of the current situation.

The continued disruption in Internet services in the country was caused by the severing of two undersea cables off the coast of Mumbai which has resulted in breakdown of 8 international links out of 20. The impact of this disruption has been more pronounced because of the disruption in the capacity of not one but two submarine cable service providers which is unprecedented. In such circumstances, eCompany has done its best to prioritize Internet traffic to ensure that normal Internet browsing and essential traffic will continue to work smoothly. eCompany is making every effort possible on a round the clock basis to resolve this situation.

Both providers are working to ensure that these links are restored at the earliest. Repair work is expected to be completed by next week.

We take this opportunity to thank you for your patience and understanding during this period and we will keep you updated with developments in this respect.

Well Im back in the UK for a couple of months...and the ONLY thing im liking is the fast internet.

You pay for a 1mb link.... and you get it.

Apart from that i cant wait to get back when the weather cools down a bit.

Just spent a 10 days with my daughter in france at my mums place, busy helping her with her business and getting fit in the process, just catching up with old friends and getting things in place for my return when the sensible weather returns !!

I had my Nan and Grandads 60th wedding anniversary yesterday, so was catching up with family that i have not seen for many years.

sooo...what am I missing??...much going on ??

No nothing to report - or not that I can on here lol Don't know why I came back so early weather is bloody awful and no-one around to go out and play with - at least we have M-net now so something decent on TV- thats why I'm normally up at this time must invest in a dvd recorder and catch up on my sleep!!!!!!

Id be on the next flight back if it was up to me FD.!!

Has been nice catching up and everything, but every day reminds me of the reasons i left !!

Hey its nothing to do with me!!! So what have you been up to over there? I'm about to start looking for a job god knows what - probably spinneys bread counter lol !!!!!!!
