Thankyou for the list - fascinating but a bit distorted by the per capita.
Actually Gaza strip is the poor man of the middle east - look right down on the bottom.
My poor old Gambia is not even on the list!!

hmm, well does that inckude the 2 million or so laborers that are making a couple hundred bucks a month? Not likely. And, if it does, then the disparity in the Emirates is worse than expected.

Indeed, completely distoted by the 'per capita' factor, although interesting to consider how much of the 'per capita wealth' actually trickles down to every 'capita'.......
And amusing to see China at number 128............

Be careful - GDP is not salary. Unless it is Gambia where the government steal all of the GDP and give it to themselves - then it is salary.

The Yemen is clearly the poor man of the Arab countries.
I'm sure the labourers in the UAE are very happy about the country's high position.
