Sorry, my bad I didn't know that UAE to UK wasn't an option (yet).

I have switched to them recently from Trasferwise for transfers between Canada and UK and found their service and rates to be far better.

ah. That would be impossible for me.

Im struggling as it is to verify with currencywise.

If your Emirati bank offers AED > USD bank transfers at a fixed rate (around 3.75?) why not send USD to your Transferwise account by bank transfer and then convert to GBP?

because that’s getting complicated and no doubt I’ll be losing in the double conversions.
