Default Total Eclipse of the moon

Were any of you up to see it? Apparently the Middle East would have got a fab view . Through binoculars the moon turned shades of Amber and Crimson as it passed behind the earths shadow - The first of two total lunar eclipses in three years , the next one on the 27th August - An awesome sight and nature at its best!

Would've missed it anyway - don't think the kids would have fancied staying up that late on a school day Must have been awesome, did you manage to take any pictures/video shots?

Cheers
