I guess that is the important lesson here to us all and others in the future - never take a loan of any description in the middle east. NEVER!
For you I hope you managed to get out on a holiday trip or something but I am sure that has been sewn up. I would get the family out and get them to send the money for you, sell up what you can and then get another job. I suspect the NOC will not happen so you will end up trying another country anyway.
