have you noticed how many are up for rent

Aye!! All of a sudden my landlord has gone from 'Im not paying to fix the a/c, water heater etc' to 'is there anything else you are unhappy with?????' lol

Dunno, havent really been looking. But I have also noted a lot of for rent or sale signs going up. Hoping to start gauging it all when it comes time for the renewal....

I bet you'd fine rather more than 12 signs if you drove around the individual areas. I am sure there are bargains to be found if you like living in a cell block...

friend of mine being interviewed on radio, he is an Economist and is predicting that a typical 3 bed on the Springs will drop to 1.6 million.
