Yes you can Malt as for stencilling you need to use an oil based paint, the little pots, they go a long way. It's very thick and best applied with a stiff short haired bristle brush. If you can find a sealer here (I have no idea) you could try a clear varnish, best do a test first as I do not know about the products available here and can't remember what ones I used. You will hv to seal or the steam, humid conditions may make unstable.
