Are there sites which allow you to find people who are willing to do something for you in exchange for something from you, either you have a certain skill they're seeking or otherwise. There's a UK site lurking on the internet somewhere, I wish I could recall it.

I'm particular concerned about tax and I'd willing to pay, but it'd prefer to do skill exchange, for advice on this when I land a job in the UAE.

There is an organisation that does this but can't remember it's name. Google. Howeve our very own Meow is an IFA and is based in Dubai so it might be worth you speaking to her. I strongly recommend her, she is professional and trustworthy.
