Default Short Leave During Probation

Hello,

As I understood, I can apply to sponsor my family after getting the Iqama, and I need to get back to sell the cars, and rent out our flat.
Will employers in the KSA agree to give me short leave to get back home and bring my family into KSA?

Did you discuss that at interview with your new employer?

Unless you've agreed it before it's 50/50.

There's probably not an answer to this question that is correct. However, my employer allowed many of us out for leave during probation , myself included. In fact, my boss was surprised and told me to go home for a week.
