To clarify further the RSG is in KSA, at the Red Sea .

hi mate pretty sure at offer stage they ask for your payslips and apply a 25% uplift against your gross. so it really depends on where you're coming from and how much you earn currently. hope this makes sense.

Thanks . It is clear now. For the benefits such as schooling , how they are being paid , as one direct payment , or each term to school ?

What I mean , is it usually Money in hands or they are paying the schools directly.
