Ranco compound! You wont regret it

Ranco is good for the social life, but the actual housing isn't that great IMO, but each to their own.

But the OP was looking at off-compund so not really relevant anyway.

Had some friends who stayed in a Rafa Homes serviced apartment for a couple of years. They liked it. I visited them a few times and it looked fine. Think they were about 3-4k a month.
