Hi all,

I'm in a bit of weird situation.

Actually I got a job from a private company in Saudi Arabia and I signed the offer letter. Then I submitted my passport to Saudi consulate in my country for visa processing. After submitting, I got another job offer from Dubai which is comparatively a better option.

Now my question is what could be the consequences if I refuse to join Saudi company ? Can Saudi company ban me from entering into KSA or even GCC country ?

Please advise as it is matter of my career

First of all, what type of Visa are you getting? Did you do a medical also and submitted it with your visa application?

Technically you have not entered Saudi and dont have an Iqama (Work permit) so the ban cannot be enforced.

What line of work are you into?
