Hi All,
I have an upocoming interview with ROSHN and would really like to get some insights into their salary structure, interview process etc? Any feedback is highly apprecited.

Haven't interviewed with them yet but what I was told anywhere between a 15-20% uplift of salary, school fees, medical insurance accomodation allowance, flights and up to 6 months bonus. Pretty standard for PIF companies.

Hey Ilovegregggs, thanks for your reply. I was thinking probably its similar to other PIF projects and was hoping to see if someone is working there but there are no posts about this company in this forum

I've looked myself here and elsewhere. It's a fairly young venture I guess and just beginning to ramp up their operations. Most of their projects are still in their infancy. They're progressing their development south of king Khalid airport in Riyadh, but don't think much progress have been made on the others construction wise. Could be wrong, very difficult to gadge these things without observing it for oneself. If I find or hear anything, I'll drop you a DM.

I am, for Parsons. I'm contacted almost on a weekly basis for PIF related jobs for existing and yet to be announced companies. Quite a number of colleagues are being lured away.

Well...sapl is something else. But 3.5 months of holiday a year, I'm not complaining.
