Romantic Iftar in Dubai?
Does anyone have a recommendation for a romantic iftar? I have a friend flying in this weekend, and I'd like to treat her to a nice iftar. All suggestions appreciated. Thanks!

DIY - Picnic basket, cool box, blanket plus a quiet beach or spot in desert.
Watch the sunset and then break the fast. Quiet, personal, romantic and also shows you put some thought and effort into it.

But I've been telling her about all these incredible iftars I've been attending, and I think she wants the full-on experience. Most of the ones I've attended have been through work, associations, etc., so I'm looking for something a little more authentic (yet romantic =).
Someone had suggested the tent at the Madinat. Any reviews?

Outrageous - the lady flying in is described merely as a 'friend'.
Surely you don't think Fritztastic would prefer sex to an Iftar?

since he's got one of the blue upward pointy things next to his name I'd say yes...

The Polo Club next to Arabian Ranches. Like being in an oppulent living room, personal service. The first is first rate and if you go during the week you will probably be the only people there.
