On the compound i am living now there is one EMPTY 2 bedroom flat and is available now !!!!
Another Flat will be comming available in early October.
These are 2 bedroom flats on a small oldish compound just off the Khusais road.
So easy for all your shopping Carefour / Al Sadhan etc
So if any single persons are looking, however as i say this is a sleeepppyyyyy quite compound,
You could easy set a share type deal.
These places will not be available for very long, as i have said before compound accom is hard to find.

Please let me know if any of those apartments are still available. Like my handle implies, I am very new in riyadh, a few days old actually. I am currently staying in a temporary accomodation on Olaya district, unfortunately there are no british expats where I work.
