So I renewed my lease for my apt for another year.

My question is, do I have to do anything with DEWA as my original tenancy agreement will expire in a couple of weeks, or will my services continue as normal until I physically go there and cancel them?

Dewa will not take your name off of an address until someone else puts their name on it.

I think you'll be ok, but you can always call them to confirm.
