Can anyone recommend an agent in the UAE that can handle visas, licences (driving, alcohol) and perhaps accommodation (short & long term) and transport in Dubai/UAE?

Yes. As it happens I work for a document clearance company in Dubai who does just that. I am not sure if this is allowed for me to give out personal information on this site but you can email me on<removed> and I would be more than happy to advise you as to what is required.

In most cases an employer does the leg work through their PRO, but with personal matters it is often up to you, I deal with these things every day and would be more than happy to add your requirements to the pile.

Yes I can help, I deal with these issues every day and as stated in the previous message, yes most of these issues are handled by the employer however personal issues and some sponsorship changes can be handled by a Document clearance company.
