Qatar- would you do it again?
Hi everyone....
With the benefit of hindsight and Knowing what you know now, would you still make the decision to move to Qatar?
And, if the answer to that question is YES, what would you do differently about your move?
I'm looking to make the move shortly and keen to see what the general feeling is from those of you that have already done it.... And see if I can learn the lessons of any mishaps/ mistakes/ dire problems you've experienced!

It depends on who you are going to work for. I would never ever have anything to do with a 100% Qatari owned company - They lie, are dishonourable and generally piss you about and are bad news indeed!

If you are from Bromley, Kent - then my advice to you (as someone who has drunk in O'Neills) is that you should move to Qatar.

Well, I'm still here. would I do it again...depends on the situation.
What would I do different?
Have minuscule expectations.

Yes definitely. Sooooo many posts on the good and the bad but everywhere is what you make it. I think coming from the UK to here meant I didnt have to give up any of the things people who come from UAE have to so I only enjoyed all the new experiences.
everyone has an expiry date here, some are longer than others. mine is 5years apparently, im off to Abu Dhabi!
