I seem to remember that Dubai is dry on the Prophets birthday - can anyone confirm this?

And isn't it actually Islamic New Year (Jan 20th) we're talking about anyway? The Prophet's birthday is March 31st IIRC.

Yup - It was New Year I was meaning I admit... a lot of companies don't compensate - the amount of holidays missed out on is not true...
