Yes.
Even if your conviction is spent though, the police certificate will show 'No Live Trace' and you'll be expected to then do a subject access request to show the spent conviction and disclose it. Although employers in the UK are not allowed by law to request that you do this, KSA can of course set the rules for who they'll give work visas to and so my understanding is that if you don't, they'll simply refuse your visa. I don't have any sight of what convictions are a bar to a visa though but have heard that some are not a problem depending on the nature of the offence. As above, best to speak to a visa agent who deals with this sort of thing all the time and will have more experience to bring to bear.
