Question PIF - Relocation allowance

Could someone please clarify the procedure for the relocation allowance? I have accepted the offer and was informed that there is a one-time relocation allowance of 75,000 SAR. Does this mean that I am required to cover all relocation costs upfront and then receive the allowance with my first salary, or is there an alternative process in place at PIF.

Thank you all for your assistance

Not sure specifically about PIF, but my KSA relocation allowance is to be paid with first month salary. The fact that they've quoted you a specific number, I presume expectation may be for you to cover the costs and recover through the allowance.

We get a 75k relocation allowance (not claim-based), and an additional 25k shipment of goods (claim-based) paid out in the first month's salary. I've always seen the relocation allowance more of a settling-in payment if you need to buy any furniture, etc here - as lots of properties are unfurnished. They obviously pay for your flight. Not sure how they deal with all the medical and visa stuff for international joiners, though I imagine that would be claim-based. I moved internally in Saudi and could claim separately for medical check expenses.

I work for a PIF-backed business.

Hello,
I've just received an offer to join PIF and they've mentioned the 75k sign in allowance but they didn't mention any shipment allowance of 25k. I'm wondering if it's a company policy and if I would be entitled to this as well?
