Default PIF offer

I've just received a written offer to join PIF.
Monthly salary is split to basic salary + Housing allowance + Transport allowance + Haj allowance + Ramadan allowance + vacation allowance.
When asked the recruiter about bonus, his response was average 6 months of monthly salary (and not only basic salary component). Can anyone confirm the 6 months average and that it's based on monthly salary (including allowances) and not only basic ?
Thanks

I work for one of the pif companies, and there is no alignment between us and other pif companies on bonus structure. For 6 months, this is at the very top for the chiefs, and based on basic. Mid management get up to 4.

Exactly, 6x is definitely at the top of the range and applies to a very small pool of top performers—though not necessarily the strongest. Office politics can also play a role, but that should come as no surprise.
Bear in mind that a recruiter has limited influence over how bonuses are allocated each year. Some companies perform well and deliver on their promises, while others go through slow periods. In such cases, you wouldn’t expect a significant bonus, even if your performance is outstanding.
