Peek Traffic Times??
Hi All,
I'm moving to Dubai in 3 weeks or so and I'm getting increasingly concerned about the traffic chaos i've read about in gulf news. Given that I'll be working a reasonably long day is it feasable i may miss the worst of the traffic? My work is near Wafi city but i'm likley to live towards new dubai / Jumeriah. My working hours are around 7.30am till about 6.30pm??

If i can sail out onto the big roads at 6.30am - 7am then i'm not worried!

normally you should be fine. Most the traffic will be going in the opposite direction. Just expect chaos every now and again when there is an accident and the accompanying 2 or 3 resulting accidents involving rubbernecking idiots.
