Could anyone suggest villa areas in Dubai that consist mainly of Pakistani's? We are moving to Dubai and would like to reside in an area like this.

amir bhai, you need to clarify whether you mean well to do areas or more modest areas. There are many "ghetto" like areas with high Indo-Pak communities, but these would not really be areas with nice villas.

Sorry, I should have said 'well-to-do' areas or equivalent to middle class I suppose here in the UK.

AED 150k per year is my housing allowance.

so you are looking at an apartment in probably Satwa, Bur Dubai, Mankhool or if you want further out of town, Al Barsah, and the Marina area. I think I am fair to say that there aren't any Pakistani areas as such, we all tend to live 'together', my neighbours are Sri Lankan and Australian!

150k isnt going to get a villa though!

Also where do you need to be close to for work etc, help re traffic issues

Not sure yet as my UK employer is in the process of setting up an office in one of the Free Zones I'm told. Would like to live somewhere close to work (walking distance if possible) and close to a school as moving with family.

To be honest unless you know these two points no point in picking out an area. Good Luck
