Hiya,

Currently live and work in the city of London and I have just received an offer from a bank in Doha and was wondering if this is would be enough for me, the misses (who won't be working for sometime) and the little one.
Compensation : QAR35k
Child education: QAR40k, up to 3 kids
Transportation and housing allowance: circa QAR130k

Do you think this would be enough for a family of 3? Any thoughts/guidance would be much appreciated.

We do not lead a crazy life and we usually would go out few times a month (restaurants, Cinema, concerts..) and our main purpose of moving to the middle east is to save up money.

It really depends on what the role is and what’s your years of experience and current earnings in London. Generally speaking, it’s a good salary I would - not fantastic….make sure you factor in savings and the risk you’re taking by relocating.
