Can anyone share tips for the final face-to-face interview, the net salary range, and all additional allowances for the YPP program at the Islamic Development Bank?
I am from Baku and I have 4–5 years of experience (CFA charterholder, Master’s in Finance from a reputable university, and 5 years of experience in EY’s valuation team). Any insights from those familiar with the process or similar profiles would be greatly appreciated! I heard that it is around net 100-120k usd annually for a bit experienced ones

My response is not exactly on the topic, as I do not know the remuneration for YPP. I had an offer from ICD back in 2017 (did not take as was offered move within the bank I am working). The pack included base, housing allowance, COLA (cost of living allowance), spouse allowance, dependancy allowance and education for up to 4 kids (to note, normally exact pack includes up to 3 kids) and pension (up to 20% if you also contribute). Note, that due to its being MDB, the bonuses are not as in other banks, but overall I would say the package was very good

Hello there
just saw this post and I am wondering if you had accepted the job or not?
I heard that the work visa arrangement to join the bank is taking ages - have you heard something similar?
