Hi;

Just joined and this is my first post - so hi everyone.

I am currently located in Bahrain and awaiting my Residence Permit and CPR. I'm on a UK passport and would like to know if I can apply for a Saudi Visa at the embassy here without having my CPR and Residence finalised? I need to get across to Saudi urgently.

Last time I simply did this from the UK, but not planning a trip back for a couple of months, so wondering whether it can be done here directly.

Not sure about the rules for single entry visas as we dont use them but you will need to get your residency and CPR through for a multiple re-entry as you are already part processed in Bh.

Your residency and CPR can be processed super fast if you chivvy on your PRO. I had both within a week of landing here. Both were issued without the medical being taken and that came 2 months later (strange but true).

A multiple entry Saudi visa can then be processed in under 2 days (never had to wait longer than 24 hours to date) if the introduction letters are already written however Ramadan may have slowed things considerably

I'll push for the CPR and then go for the multi entry. Seems the best route.
