I am not sure what you asking about how long I been keeping it. If you asked me about my multiply website... i think i joined multiply about beginning of August. You can put your online journal (only my contact can access it), calendar, reviews and other things. And once you grew ur network you can access other ppl's messages on the messages board.
And if u asked how long I been doing the body pump... i think i been doing it for the past 3 or 4 mths. And if u ask is the pumping working???
why don't u give a try ur self???
