Thing is Novi they can't have their cake and eat it. They wanna sit on their arses whilst the expats do the grafting...so far so good, it works all ways in everybodys favour. Problem is they want to get into the Western world to make progress and succeed in the business world...sscreeeeeech swerve, that's where it all goes wrong.
And although I hate to admit it [not really] Jakarta as it right, slow and poor but right. They realise that they have to maybe change their ways to accommodate, they have, it's a small faction who still can pull strings to cause the problems. Even the level of corruption is improving slowly.
I agree that the local women are becoming increasingly frustrated with seeing Western women "having a say" dressing as they like and being liberated. They have been supressed and dictated to for so long...they will break away. I know some like their way of living, it is all they know...but the likes of the AEW.com locals [fireports LOL] they are posting on an expat forum....why?????
