I have been approched by Neom for a technical engineering position. Can anyone please help what kind of questions they ask in an interview? Is it behavioural or technical?

My experience: 1st interview will be mainly technical, second will be a mixture, but more focused on behavioural.

When you say technical, does it mean they ask questions from everywhere related to that position or do they just ask questions from your CV? For example if it is mechanical engineering position, they would ask anything related to mechanical engineering or just the things that are mentioned on the CV. How a person should prepare for the technical interview? Can you share experience a little bit more? I got a call from an agency and they just asked some personal questions and then said there will be another interview.

Again, this is only my experience, but they will ask you questions about your experience related to the position on offer to determine whether you can do the job. Wherever there is gaps in your CV not covering the position job description they may ask you technical questions to see if you have the knowledge or awareness of the subject.

The questions are only easy if you know the answer

I wouldnt say the interview was overly difficult. First and second interviews lasted around an hour.
