anyone know where i can find someone to take the car for scrap / parts or whatever....can't find scrap yards in dubai on google.

Also, AAA offered 1,000 for it as scrap.....that a fair price? for a 99 lumina that was pretty decent (passed registration one month ago) but radiator and gasket stuffed. 9k to fix.

No idea what cars are worth in this state. Just want to get a 2nd opinion.

Bring it to Sharjah used cars area...
But, since it is almost a write off, advertise it in GN and see what results it'll bring in a month...You never know...

I can't drive it - well not far.
Had a 97 jeep a while ago and a 2006 up to last year.....miss the old jeep.
Currently have very little in assets or ties to this place.....don't think i'll be buying a new car anytime soon either.

If you can, drive it to rashidiya, a place called Sport Royal garage...They are very good and very very very reasonably priced...You may get it fixed for less than AED1,000 and sell it on, or even drive it...
Try calling them and asking them about it first,...
