I'd never work for a GCC company that wanted to hold my passports whilst in their employ. You can't get out of here without the exit visa but the multi exit visa allows you to enter and exit as many times as you want for 1 year , it costs the company 500 QAR. So having your passport is theoretically to no advantage because if you have not got the multi exit visa you can't leave in any case. Just another shite rule in a backward place |
