Senior Estimator. I have heard they work six day weeks every other week, seems a little strange relative to everybody else/Western companies working five day weeks.

I took the long hours as a given in Dubai, or are Murray & Roberts the exception to the rule?

Ten and a half or Eleven day fortnights are not that uncomman, nor are six day weeks for site staff - depends on Client organisation in lots of cases.
