Yeah, Riyadh has only one AH compound, quite nice it is too - not far from Sahara Mall, quite a good cenral location.
Jeddah does have four, but one of them is exclusive for one company.

is there any availability in the AH compound in Riyadh. I am starting next month and looking for an apartment in any decent compound.
