Medical Tests - NEOM

Hi,
any idea what medical tests are required by Neom plus what they deem to be failed and unsatisfactory for a visa?

Are conditions such as diabetes type 2 classified as unsatisfactory and potentially failure to obtain an Iqama ?

any insights would be appreciated.

I believe it's mostly communicable diseases, don't think diabetes should be an issue. It's a national sport here.
