Everyone please take a look at this photo, this guy has gone missing, literally vanished, his phone is switched off, he doesn't have his passport and his family are getting really worrried. He is the guy in the far right of this shot, wearing the black tee -shirt. Last seen in Aussie Legends.

Height: 6 ft.
Build: Large (including beer belly)
Hair: Brown

Skin: Pale (does not tan easily)
Distinguishing features: Gap between front teeth.
Last seen: bar in Satwa Friday evening (5th December) and disappeared around 10pm and has not been seen by anyone since.

yes the police are onto it but they can't track his mobile until he switches it on. Can we have this as a sticky for a couple of days Auto?

I thought if they have his mobile phone (phone, not simcard) IMEI number or something, they can triangulate the location...
But, I hope they do find him soon...Alive and well, I might add...

They need a "live" phone to triangualte, but they might check what station he was locked on when the phone was turned off I guess.

Let´s hope he met some friends that took him with them for an Eid trip to Oman or summat...

Have all the local hospitals been contacted? If it was a woman or if he had disappeared in Sudan or Somalia, maybe it would be more of a worry but surely a grown man in Dubai has probably just met some woman or needs to get away from his previous life for a short while. Hopefully he will reappear soon with his tail between his legs.

thanks Auto, hopefully he will appear soon. All the hospitals have been checked, it is very out of character apparently for him to just leave, and he doesn't have his passport so he has got to be in the UAE somewhere.

All the hospitals, Mourges(sp) Jails in the UAE have been checked and are being checked on a regular basis, BC is correct until the mobile is switched on there is nothing anyone can do to trace it.

Thanks for the thoughts I am sure that the lady who's friend this is will really appreciate it.

I hope your friends find this lad BC. I don't know if they've tried the Evening Gazette in Boro? Its pretty well read and it might be worth an appeal with them to see if he's contacted any mates from home (maybe from a payphone). The web address is
