Default Lifting labour ban with money?

I was told and read that you can have a 6 month ban lifted for 5000 dhs without requiring an NOC. Yet others have said you cannot pay off a labour ban without an NOC. Which is true?

All depends who she knows...and which company wants to hire her. For example if she's going to join Etihad after working in another job a ban removal won't be difficult. If she's going to join some small local company or one without a good PRO forget it...cheaper and easier to leave for six months and come back or get a job in the free zones.
