3 weeks on average... a week to Riyadh, a week in Riyadh and a week from RIyadh to Khobar.

Thats not how I found it. I got a letter sent from the UK to Dammam in 5 working days with Royal mail.

well that's my average based on receiving about 20 items of post over the last year in Khobar (no parcels, only letters or postcards).

If you get an average of 5 working days, tell me your secret.

It was sent out using the RM International tracked and signed service.

However as it was sent signed I had to make the trek to the Dammam post office to sign for it. Just tracked wouldn't need that stage

I've never tried letters, but I have only had a 50% success rate with small parcels and the one that arrived took 4 months and came damaged, so contents worthless. (Technically that means a 0% success rate, I know, but gotta give em points for trying!)

It can be very much a hit and miss here I know I have had letter sent to me from the UK and other parts of the world and have never turned up.

However some small packages have turned , but after being opened and checked !!!

it might make all the difference in the world depending on where it's sent to. An Aramco PO Box has seen a 100% success rate. Other addresses, I can't vouch for.
