Default Leaving Qatar

Hi we are leaving Qatar. We need to find someone to move into our villa on Y Village. Where is the best place for me to post the details? The compound is full and the pool and villas are bright modern and the maintenance is brilliant. defiantly the best we seen when we moved over. Does anyone have any advise on any agents to use or advertising websites I can post it on?
Thanks

Try expatwoman qatar , that's your best bet . Y Village is top end but there's loads of people looking for villas , you should get a bite on there .

You do know that if you present your visa cancellation stamp to your landlord then the contract is void ?

Thanks Co D Boy I've only just found that out today. Our contract says if we leave Qatar they Keep one months deposit. Which I'd rather they didn't. They know we are leaving Qatar and hopefully we will find someone in time

I suppose that's better than the landlord trying to knock you for the outstanding amount on your lease.

You can always knock them and clear the account , i personally have an aversion to giving in to born greedy individuals

Hi, Thanks for letting me know, I was hoping it was a three bed. I went to view one yesterday and it was like Downton Abbey!! lol so I can just imagine the size of a four bed. My husband works in the industrial area so we'd ideally like to be near there. I'm in a hotel in Westbay and it took him over an hour to get here, the traffic is horrendous.

I'm sorry I can't help you but if I hear of anyone that needs that size accommodation I will let them know.

Thanks
Kim

The villas here aren't as big as all the other ones we looked at. It's more of a western layout. You are welcome to come a see. You will love it. I know what you mean about Downton Abbey hehe. My number is redacted if you change your mind

I removed your number as I'm sure you don't want the whole world knowing it and calling you
