Leaving KSA...hello DXB
Hello all,
So my company is transferring me from KSA to Dubai, on the same package which is :
Housing : SAR190 000.00 per annum with all services paid for including internet and OSN
School : Full cost, I have not used this in KSA as my family didn't move here, but the BISJ was accepted (circa SAR70 000.00 per annum)
Car : Full company car, I currently have a Prado, so similar
Salary :SAR35 000.00 per month
Family : The wife, 13 year old daughter and I
Flights : One flight home per annum
I should be ok....right??

do you get to keep any housing allowance you don't spend? 190k is quite chunky these days.

Re: Leaving KSA...hello DXB
Sadly no.....un-used housing allowance stays with the Company, in fact the house/villa or whatever will be on their name not mine.

Rents here are fairly low and don't show signs of increasing - 190k will get something quite decent.
anyway - good package (was great in KSA for sure).

If the 190k includes utilities and bills etc then look lower, obviously. If it's that plus they pay bills on top then go wild and Mission might pop over for a cuddle.

Live close-ish to work though, no point making a commute miserable.
